Injury claims
For work injuries, we bill Washington L&I directly and provide the documentation your claim manager needs. For auto accidents, motor vehicle accident coverage is accepted and the office maintains the examination records your claim requires.
No insurance?
Self-pay patients are welcome. Rates are straightforward and quoted up front; call the office and ask.
